Metro route to Dubai Frame

  1. Take the Dubai Metro Red Line to Max Fashion (R21).
  2. Leave toward Zabeel Park / Al Kifaf and follow signs for the park.
  3. Continue to Gate 4, the entrance used for Dubai Frame.
  4. If the weather is hot or walking is difficult, take a short taxi from the station and specify “Dubai Frame, Zabeel Park Gate 4.”

From Dubai International Airport

From Airport Terminal 1 or 3, board the Red Line towards Expo 2020 / Life Pharmacy and leave at Max Fashion. No line change is normally required, but always follow the destination display and live RTA guidance.

From Downtown Dubai or Business Bay

Take a Red Line train towards Centrepoint and leave at Max Fashion. From Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, this is a short direct Metro journey before the walk to Gate 4.

From Dubai Marina or JLT

Take the Red Line towards Centrepoint and exit at Max Fashion. Allow extra time at peak hours and for the outdoor final walk.

How to reach Dubai Frame by bus

The F09 feeder bus has served the Max Fashion/Al Jafiliya area and Zabeel Park Gate 4. Bus routes, stop names and intervals can change, so search for Dubai Frame or Zabeel Park Gate 4 in the RTA S'hail app on the day of travel.

If the next bus involves a long wait, a taxi from Max Fashion Metro Station is usually the simpler final connection.

Taxi and driving

Tell the driver Dubai Frame, Zabeel Park Gate 4. A generic “Zabeel Park” request can take you to the wrong side of the park.

Drivers should follow Gate 4 signage. Parking availability varies with weekends and events; arriving early is sensible. Do not leave valuables visible in a parked vehicle.

What to expect at the attraction

The experience combines exhibitions about old and future Dubai with a lift to the sky deck connecting the two towers. The elevated walkway has city views and a transparent-floor section. Visitors who dislike heights can avoid standing on the glass while still using the deck.

Large bags and strollers must be left at the Gate 4 counter, according to the official visitor rules. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Food, drinks, pets, sharp objects and smoking are not permitted inside.

Accessibility and family advice

Dubai Frame offers free admission for People of Determination and up to two companions, with companion tickets issued at the counter. For the most comfortable approach, take a taxi directly to Gate 4 instead of relying on the outdoor walk.

Families should allow extra time for security, toilets and queues. Carry sun protection and water for the journey, but remember drinks cannot be taken into the attraction.
